1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aface1 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between aface1 and its users. While this document was originally drafted in English, the Bengali version is the operative version for Bangladeshi users.

aface1 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Meeting all of the following conditions is mandatory to register and use the aface1 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in the area where you reside.
• You must create the account in your own name and of your own free will.
• Creating a new account is prohibited if a previous aface1 account of yours was suspended or banned.
• You are participating on this platform knowingly and voluntarily.

aface1 reserves the right to verify age at any point during registration and may request identity verification documents. Providing false information will result in account termination and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and all accumulated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details. If any information changes, please notify our support team promptly.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and verification codes completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Always log out after using a public computer.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at aface1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). When making a deposit, only use a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a successful request, funds will generally reach your account within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings obtained from bonuses.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• aface1 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). aface1 generally does not charge any fees for transactions, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount must be fulfilled. Wagering requirements are met by placing bets on specific games — contact our support team for details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while wagering on a current bonus is in progress.
• aface1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for genuine gameplay only — taking advantage of bonuses through strategic betting is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The aface1 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier, and it is possible to advance to higher tiers step by step based on your gaming activity.

6 Gameplay Policy

6.1 Fair Play

aface1 is committed to ensuring fairness and fair play in all games. Our game engines are operated by accredited providers and every outcome is determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Errors

aface1 reserves the right to void any abnormal outcomes resulting from technical errors or software issues. In such cases, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules which are stated within the game interface. Please read the relevant rules before starting a game. If an internet connection is lost during a game, aface1 will attempt to determine the outcome of that bet and an automatic cashout will apply where applicable.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination along with legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus arbitrage or misuse of bonus benefits.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

8 Security and Privacy

aface1 uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information. We do not sell or transfer your financial information to third parties.

9 Account Termination

9.1 Termination at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our 24/7 live chat support. Before closing, all wagering requirements should be met and any available balance should be withdrawn.

9.2 Termination by aface1

aface1 may temporarily or permanently terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Misuse of bonuses.
• Extended inactivity.

If a valid balance exists, the relevant funds will be returned before account termination, unless the reason for termination is fraud or a breach of terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

aface1 will not accept any liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection or device issues.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control.
• Issues with third-party sites or services.
• Game outcomes — all games are RNG-based and results are entirely random.

Under any circumstances, aface1's total liability will be equal to or less than the total value of the relevant transaction.
